Video/Telephone Entry and Apartment Intercom Systems
If you have an aging Voice Entry system that is constantly having issues with the internal cabling, we can eliminate the problematic wiring and switch to an IP based system that calls the tenant’s cell phone for access anywhere they may be. All systems we offer eliminate the need for hard wiring to each apartment. We have many different applications from touch screen to vandal proof dialers, and from a basic cell call to a phone app with video. We can customize to any need.
We provide Apartment intercom systems with the ability to only allow access to the floor the tenant has a credential for. If you gain access to the lobby, but do not have credentials, the elevator will not move.
Emergency phones are placed for protection in areas of risk. Parking Garages, Campuses, and other places of need.
